Red Dead Redemption now Xbox One X enhanced

Red Dead Redemption, perhaps Rockstar's best ever game, now has a shiny new update for Xbox One X owners. Rockstar's Wild West epic was originally released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but is playable on Xbox One via the console's backwards compatibility service. Firaxis has announced Scotland as a new civ for Civilization 6 expansion Rise and Fall. Scotland's leader is Robert the Bruce, who led the nation's war for independence with England in the late 13th century. His unique ability is Bannockburn (named after the Battle of Bannockburn). This lets Robert declare a War of Liberation after gaining the defensive tactics civic. You can also gain bonus production and additional movement during a War of Liberation. [Read More]

Activision Blizzard faces fresh allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination in new lawsuit

A new lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of a current Activision Blizzard employee has raised fresh allegations of sexual harassment and gender discrimination at the publisher, also accusing it of retaliation after the employee publicly spoke out about her experiences at the company in December. According to the lawsuit, as reported by Bloomberg Law, the employee - referred to only as Jane Doe - started work as a senior administrative assistant to executives in Activision Blizzard's IT department in 2017.
