Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players have worked out a way to play Outbreak early. Outbreak, a hotly-anticipated large-scale Zombies mode for up to four players, isn't supposed to go live until the launch of Season Two tomorrow at 6pm UK time, Thursday 25th February. But it is playable now - after downloading this morning's Season Two update. To play Outbreak, download the update, then go offline. Call of Duty: Warzone at 120Hz - has PS5 back-compat evolved?

The recently released 120Hz update for Call of Duty: Warzone for PlayStation 5 users is a welcome boost - it doubles performance over the prior version of the game, doing so with no noticeable impact to image quality. More importantly, its release may well signify that Sony is beefing up its backwards compatible support for its latest console, bringing it closer into line with the kind of features available on Xbox Series consoles, when running code designed for last-gen machines. Camelot Unchained finally gets a beta date

Online three-way realm-war game Camelot Unchained finally has a beta date: 4th July. This is the crowdfunded MMO helmed by one of the people - Mark Jacobs - responsible for Dark Age of Camelot, and is very much a spiritual successor to it. Fall Guys reveals the disgusting internal anatomy of its bean-like characters

I love a good bit of video game lore, but I absolutely hate everything about this. Fall Guys developer Mediatonic has revealed an awful piece of concept art designed to show exactly what is going on underneath your character's suit. At first glance, you might think a Fall Guy is simply a human in a suit. You would be wrong. While an adult human is shown in the image below for scale, it is clear the skeleton within the Fall Guys' costume is a different species entirely. [Read More]

Hohokum review | Eurogamer.net

This gorgeous interactive dreamscape is brimming with new ideas. Hohokum's scenes are unfamiliar - beguilingly so. In one, a tall violinist plays a melancholic tune while he stands under the throbbing light of a lamppost. His squat buddy sings full-throated by his side while, overhead, the buckshot stars wink approvingly. In another, an Indian elephant with a deep underbite plods through the jungle while a caged albino orangutan dangles from his tail, praying to be freed. [Read More]
