An adorable platforming adventure that steadily finds it own voice. You fight a toilet in A Hat in Time. It's a boss fight, too; it's actually quite tough to put that toilet down for good. It's a spooky toilet you're fighting, of course, so you have to factor in ghosts and green-glowing wraiths that swoop and lunge. It's an acrobatic toilet too, so you need to watch out when it's starting to feel spry and stompy.

Philosophical sci-fi horror game Soma, Frictional Games' 2015 successor to Amnesia: The Dark Descent, is coming to Xbox One.
While no release window has been announced, this is still good news for those without a PS4 or capable computer as Soma was one of the smartest and most interesting sci-fi tales of the last few years. It even made some really interesting narrative design decisions predicated on player choice, taking full advantage of the interactive medium - though to explain in any more detail would be a spoiler.

Neve Campbell, best known for her role in the Scream series, has joined the cast of the forthcoming Twisted Metal TV show. She will star as the recurring guest character Raven, reports Variety, a character first introduced to the game series in Twisted Metal: Black.
