The Fading Twilight in Genshin Impact is a 4-Star bow first offered as an event reward during the 2.7 update. While introduced at the same time as the 5-Star Hydro archer, Yelan, it's not the best weapon for her to use (that would be the Aqua Simulacra), but it is a decent substitiute if you don't want to Wish on a weapon banner. Jeff Kaplan - Overwatch director, Blizzard Entertainment vice president, and one of the studio's most recognisable faces - has announced his departure from the company after 19 years. Kaplan began his tenure at Blizzard in 2002, quickly joining the World of Warcraft team as a designer, and eventually becoming game director on the MMO. He left World of Warcraft in 2009 to work on Blizzard's ill-fated Titan project, which was cancelled after a lengthy development, but went on to serve as lead director on wildly successful hero shooter Overwatch - and has very much been the public face of the game since its launch in 2016. State of California sues Activision Blizzard over "frat boy" culture

The State of California has sued Activision Blizzard over what it alleges to be a "frat boy" culture that created "a breeding ground for harassment and discrimination against women".
