We're just days away from the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2, and images of the game's full map have leaked online.
The maps are a little blurry - they have been scanned from Red Dead Redemption 2's official guide book (in German) before being posted on Twitter and reddit - but one thing is now clear.

Fighting in Shenmue 3 is one of the many activities you'll need to do to advance the story at key moments.
With the original games having their roots in the Virtua Fighter series, it's no surprise Shenmue 3 continues to feature battling.
Something Shenmue has always have on top of just fighting is making yourself stronger through training, and this third game introduces levelling for not only moves, but Ryo's endurance and attack as well.

Rebellion's sadistic cranial trauma simulator returns in an improved - but still flawed - form. There's always been a linguistic connection between sex and violence, and no game illustrates it quite so viscerally as Sniper Elite. This is the series that has made its name by fetishising the entry of a bullet into the human body almost to the point of parody.
That headline feature, of course, returns for Sniper Elite 3, which switches the action from the ruins of Berlin seen in 2012's Sniper Elite v2 to the more interesting terrain of the North African campaign.

An Elden Ring fan has released an iOS app to help players track their quests.
Shattered Ring - created by Dachary Carey - is currently selling on the App Store for £2.49. And while some Tarnished may insist they'd prefer to play the game as developer From Software intended without an in-game quest tracker, it's currently ranked #1 on the store in the "entertainment" category, suggesting that plenty of players are making use of it.

Treyarch has made a big change to the way damage flinch works for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War.
In previous Call of Duty games, including last year's Modern Warfare, when you take damage you suffer damage flinch. That is, your crosshair moves up slightly as bullets hit you.
This damage flinch effect has proved controversial among the Call of Duty competitive multiplayer community, with many saying they'd prefer to play without having their aim disrupted by being shot.

Its highest ever peak sits at just 1166 players. To see this content please enable targeting cookies.

An original and tactically broad multiplayer shooter, but one lacking in physical, tangible satisfaction in its combat. Eurogamer has dropped review scores and replaced them with a new recommendation system. Read the editor's blog to find out more.
Evolve lives and dies by its concept. This isn't a big budget shooter that's happy to just borrow from the rest and coast through unnoticed. Just like its three-storey high behemoths that smash and crash through the game's brittle scenery, Evolve wants you to sit up and take notice.
