New Ghost Recon game reportedly in development

A new Ghost Recon game is reportedly in the works, following news that Ghost Recon Breakpoint has received its final update. As reported by Kotaku, the next game in the series is codenamed OVER and was originally leaked by Nvidia. Kotaku sources claim it has already been in development for over a year and could be released in fiscal year 2023. Niko speaks out on voice actors' pay

Michael Hollick, the voice actor who portrayed Niko Bellic in Grand Theft Auto IV, has had a pop at his union for failing to protect voice acting talent in games - or getting him more money, reports GamesIndustry.biz. According to a New York Times article, Hollick was paid roughly USD 100,000 over 15 months for his voice acting and motion-capture work on GTA IV. Activision blames Microsoft acquisition for failure to hire another woman to its board

UPDATE 22/4/22: Activision Blizzard will add another two women as board members, Axios has reported. The move will double the number of women on Activision's board to four. Eight men are currently board members, though two are due to stand down this year. Lulu Cheng Meservey, currently an exec at newsletter firm Substack, will join the Activision Board immediately.
