Twitch removed over 15m bot accounts last year - and the numbers are growing.
In an open letter, VP of Global Trust and Safety Angela Hession discussed progress against hate raids on the platform as well as other safety concerns.
Hate raids have been a long term problem on Twitch, but were particularly prevalent in 2021 against streamers from marginalised communities.

The number of people subscribed to Xbox Game Pass has grown by 37 percent over the year ending 30th June, Microsoft has revealed. But that's a slower growth curve than the 48 percent goal it had previously set itself (thanks, Axios Gaming).
It's also slower than the explosive growth of Game Pass subscribers during the previous 12 months, when the total shot up by 86 percent, beating Microsoft's own early targets.

Microsoft has unveiled its list of upcoming Xbox One and Xbox App features being previewed in May.
As detailed on the Xbox Wire, one of the new features will be the ability to power your Xbox One on and off via the SmartGlass app on Windows Phone and Android devices. You can find this under "Xbox One SmartGlass Beta" in the Windows store or Google Play.
You'll also be able to customise your power-saving modes further in the initial setup phase.
