No, it's not just you - Among Us is indeed currently offline and has been for almost the entire weekend.
Developer Innersloth announced on its social media channels over the weekend that owing to a DDoS attack on both North American and European servers, "servers are still down while [it] works to fix" the issue.
"We have a sabotage going on lol," the official communications account tweeted at the start of the attack.

Fortnite's latest creation is an old-school cartoon version of Meowscles, its fan-favourite buff cat.
Toon Meowscles is obviously inspired by the early Disney, Steamboat Willie cartoon style, with the similar bouncy limbs and the now-familiar Mickey Mouse white gloves. (I asked Donlan about this and he pointed me to the work of Oswald and Mickey animator Ub Iwerks, specifically.)

Dark Souls is considered From Software's spiritual successor to Demon's Souls. And Demon's Souls was deemed the spiritual successor to the King's Field series, which made its debut in the mid-1990s on the PlayStation. We toss around this term "spiritual successor" a lot, mostly when we want to say "sequel" but it doesn't quite fit. A spiritual successor is more interesting, anyway. A sequel is a marketing strategy; a spirit can be profound.
