Ubisoft released Monopoly for Nintendo Switch this week, and players have discovered it has pretty horrendous loading times.
Players have reported loading times of between five and 10 minutes for everything as simple as loading the main menu to loading a game.
Monopoly, which costs £29.99 from the eShop, is developed by Asobo Studio, a developer that's had a hand in the likes of The Crew 2, Quantum Break and ReCore.

One week on from release and we think we finally have a handle on Mafia 3, in terms of its console performance and perhaps more crucially, what it actually takes to run this game at 1080p60 on a mainstream gaming PC. What's clear is that this is a game that somehow made it to gamers in a highly unoptimised state, and the amount of bugs, glitches and crashes back to the desktop are legion.

League of Legends developer Riot Games continues to be in the news for all the wrong reasons, this time thanks to a new lawsuit accusing CEO Nicolo Laurent of sexual harassment, gender discrimination, and wrongful termination.
The lawsuit, as reported by the Washington Post, was filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in January by former Riot executive assistant Sharon O'Donnell, who joined the company in 2017 and was fired last July.

In our testing, we saw a maximum of a 22 per cent fps increase between 2133MHz and 4000MHz CL16 RAM. These results came in Ashes of the Singularity, a heavily multi-threaded game, while more single-thread-dependent Far Cry 5 saw a spread closer to 20 per cent.

With the release of the Eco Living expansion pack across all platforms in June 2020, that wish has now been granted.
Even better, a limited but still fully functional selection of ladders has been made available to everyone who owns the base game, via the free update Patch 95.

Titanfall 2, rather famously, didn't receive the sort of attention it deserved when it released in October 2016. Sandwiched between blockbuster shooters Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, it failed to see success in the sales department - despite receiving plenty of praise from critics. But it currently seems to be experiencing a revival on Steam, thanks to both Apex Legends and a Steam sale. Titanfall 2 first arrived on Steam in June last year, and in that month saw a peak player count of 13,427 players (via Steam Charts).

The history of Sega's consoles is one often written by their competitors. Right off the bat, Sega tried to follow in Nintendo's footsteps, both in terms of creating a recognisable mascot, and in offering a varied games line-up. Becoming aware of a lack of a strong RPG franchise for the Sega Saturn, Sega partnered with game developer Red Entertainment (then Red Company) to create a series that would be a hit with RPG fans.

Czech developer Bohemia does have PS4 and Xbox One dev kits, but Arma 3 won't be adapted for them.
"We've basically dismissed it for Arma 3," project leader Joris-Jan van t' Land told me.
"I personally really like consoles so I would love to see it on there, but for Arma 3, from the start it was developed as PC only, and it wouldn't do it justice - there wouldn't be an easy port to console.
